Join HealthQuest as we team up with Spriggles Books for Children and participate at the annual Community Fun Fair. We will be offering healthy snacks for the kids as they perform various yoga postures and calisthenics! Hope to see you there!!

Meet at Oscoda Beach Bandshell for gentle yoga, moonrise meditation, and moonrise viewing.
The goal is for each participant to cover the 433 miles from Port Huron to Mackinaw City via the Lake Huron coastline. How? By logging your treadmill miles, intentional walking miles (actually going for a walk, not counting daily steps), jogging miles, running miles, and even crawling miles! The challenge runs from January 1st to Memorial Day.
If you are interested in joining the challenge you must email lauren@healthquest4you.com to be included. You will then be emailed a link to record your daily miles, or you can return to this webpage any time and click the button to “Log My Miles”.
